When will my first box ship:

Orders placed on or before 16th of the month: First box will ship between the 20th – 27th of the month.

Orders placed after the 16th: First box will ship between the 20th-27th of the following month

Is there any way to get my first box right away?

YES! If you would like your first box to ship right away, please reply to this email and we

can arrange for immediate shipping!

Please note: By altering the ship date of your first box and sending it our early, there will then be a delay in receiving your second box since it will then fall into queue with our regular shipping dates of the 20th-27th of the following month.

Examples of Shipping Dates:

( We will use the month of July as an example )

Order placed on/before the 16th:

Order placed July 3
First box will ship July 20-27
Second box will ship August 20-27

Order placed on/before the 16th, but with request to receive first box right away:

Order placed July 3
First box will ship within 5 days (this will be your July box)
Second box will ship August 20-27

Order placed after the 16th cut off:

Order placed July 17 (no box will be sent in July since cut off was missed)
First box will ship August 20-27
Second box will ship September 20-27

Order placed after the 16th cut off, but with request to receive first box right away:

Order placed July 17
First box will ship within 5 days (this will be your “August” box)
Second box will ship September 20-27
