We think you will absolutely love STEM Discovery Boxes and will hopefully have no need to return them, but we understand that sometimes returns are needed. You may return unopened and unused STEM Discovery Boxes for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us for return shipping address. Return packages must include: Order number, reason for return, items in original packaging, and in unused condition.

Website orders: If you placed your order on our website, simply log into your paypal account and cancel your reoccurring subscription.

Cratejoy orders: If you placed your order on Cratejoy, please log into your cratejoy account and cancel your reoccurring subscription.
