STEM Discovery Boxes are geared toward kids ages 7 to teen… but honestly, everyone loves them! The younger the child, the more adult-help they will need, but luckily adults like to tinker with our projects as much as kids do!
If you are enrolled in our month-to-month subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. If you choose a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month pre-paid discounted subscription, you will be automatically renewed in intervals according to the length of your original subscription. This ensures that the fun keeps on coming each month and your little STEMist never misses a project. You can cancel the auto-renew feature at any time or choose to opt-out of auto-renew at checkout.

We think you will absolutely love STEM Discovery Boxes and will hopefully have no need to return them, but we understand that sometimes returns are needed. You may return unopened and unused STEM Discovery Boxes for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact us for return shipping address. Return packages must include: Order number, reason for return, items in original packaging, and in unused condition.
Your first box will ship within 1-3 business days. Subsequent boxes will ship with the next scheduled monthly shipment (between the 20th-27th of the month) based on when your order was placed (whether it was before or after the 16th of the month). Orders placed from Dec. 1 – Dec. 20 will ship within 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, but will ship promptly after the order is placed. Orders placed after Dec. 20 will ship on December 27. The second box will ship between Jan 20-27. All remaining boxes will ship between the 20th-27th of each remaining month. If you would like the first box to ship to a different address, please place your order using the recipient’s address. You can then contact us with the order number and address to be used for the first box.
